Sponsored by the Center for New American Media with support from the New York State Council on the Arts in Partnership with Wave Farm: Media Arts Assistance Fund, Ellen Schneider and Christie Marchese from Picture Motion led a one-day professional-development seminar aimed at filmmakers want to contribute to social awareness, but whose “outcomes” may be more emotional than measurable.
